Is Buji a clinic?
No. We work with carefully selected clinical teams, with every treatment plan independently reviewed by a UK specialist. Buji brings everything together and stays with you throughout.
Who decides whether treatment is right for me?
A suitably qualified dentist or hair-transplant surgeon reviews your case. Final suitability and consent are confirmed by the treating clinician.
What is included in my price?
Your written plan lists your treatment, confirmed hotel, local transfers, aftercare and every included component. Flights are booked separately unless your plan expressly says otherwise.
What happens when I get home?
You leave with your records, instructions and follow-up schedule. Eligible Hair plans also include medical travel insurance and a separate twelve-month Buji Outcomes Guarantee, subject to their written terms.
